How to Order
To place an order, browse our site, and click Add to Cart when you see an item that you like. When you finish shopping click Cart in the top right corner of your computer screen. You can also phone in or email us with your order; we will contact you with order confirmation and confirm your payment information. We are here Monday through Friday 10:00AM-5:00PM and Saturday from 10:00AM-4:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, Money Orders or Personal Checks. When you check out, these options are available.

Orders will be sent immediately upon receipt of money orders. Orders paid for with a personal check will be held for 10 days while the check clears. All items will be held for you. Please include your order number on your check or money order.
When will I receive my order?
Allow 2 weeks to receive your order. We will be processed and ship your order within 24-48 hours using standard shipping methods, which takes 4 – 7 days for delivery. If there is a problem with your order or your item is out of stock, we will notify you through email or phone.
Shipping Options
Wee Forest Folk will be shipped to you free of charge. All other items will be shipped using standard shipping methods unless otherwise specified. Options are available when you check out.
P.O Boxes
If you request your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, United States Postal Service is the only service willing to do so. Sometimes the postal service will add an additional fee for this on services other than parcel post. Unfortunately there is no option for any tracking until the order shows as received by the buyer.
APO Addresses
Military addresses can be shipped through the United States Postal Service to APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately there is no option for tracking until after the order is shown as received.
Return Policy
You have 30 days to return merchandise. Include your packing slip with your return. There is no return policy offered on discounted or sale merchandise. Merchandise must be in perfect condition and NOT USED with no rips or tears in the box or the foam. Include all original packing materials. You will receive your refund within 30 days from when the merchandise is received by the store.
Credit Card and Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express or you are welcome to phone in or use our order form and pay with check or money order. Money Orders should be sent to the address listed on our homepage. Orders Paid by money order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
